When you become a member of Marinette County Employees Credit Union, you are not a customer, you become an owner.

Our member/owners vote annually for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors focus on the best interest of the Credit Union and attaining our goals and objectives. Thus, our members have a direct impact on the direction of the credit union.
If you are employed by one of the following you may join our Credit Union:
- United States Post Office of Marinette,
- Marinette/Menominee Clinic-Aurora Group,
- Bay Area Medical Center Marinette/Menominee,
- Wisconsin Departments of Natural Resources, Transportation, Revenue and Corrections;
- Wisconsin State Patrol (Marinette);
- Social Security Administration;
- U.S. National Guard (Marinette);
- U.S. Department of Agriculture;
- UW Marinette;
- Northeast Wisconsin Technical College- Marinette;
- U.S. Coast Guard (Marinette);
- Marinette Job Center;
- Marinette Public School system;
- Marinette Marine Corp. and their Contractors;
- Employees of Marinette Marine
- Any employee or elected official of Marinette County or the City of Marinette and members of the immediate family of all qualified persons.
Becoming a member is easy. You simply need to open a share savings account with a minimum deposit of $5.00. That's it! Your $5.00 becomes your share in Marinette County Employees Credit Union and will remain on deposit for as long as you are a member.

- We will need proof of identification which may include one of the following forms of identification:
- Social Security Card
- Driver's license
- Valid US Government identification
- State-issued photo identification
- Your new account card will need to be signed in front of a member service representative
